Quick&Easy Bruchetta

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Cup TomatoAbout 1/4 Cup Onion2 Cloves Garlic1 tsp. dried, 2 tsps. fresh parsleySalt to taste
Directions
Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in mixing bowl, add parsley. Finely chop/mince garlic and add to bowl, mix so garlic is covered in the oil. Next, chop the onion. Add the onion to the bowl, mix lightly so evenly combined. Chop Tomato, mix so garlic, parsley and onion are evenly dispersed in tomato. Add a little salt to taste.

Serve on individual slices of toasted bread, such as Melba toast or sliced french bread. You could also top with cheese, or add your own fun twist!
