Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust3 large eggs2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 package frozen spinach2 tsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion (or dried onion)1 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (or Just Tomatoes Roasted Garlic powder)3/4 cup skim milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven 350ºF
2. Thaw spinach, and squeeze water out. Follow prep for pie crust if needed.
3. Whisk 3 eggs with milk, onion, and garlic.
4. Alternately layer cheese and spinach in pie shell. Halfway through spinach, drizzle half of the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach. Finish layering and top with remaining egg mixture.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes or until center is set.
