Ingredients
Directions
1 lb 5% lean hamburger2 10.75 oz cans chicken gumbo soup4 oz sliced mushrooms.5 med or small onion chopped2 tbsp mayo2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp yellow mustardsalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp oil for pan
place onions and mushrooms in pan with oil on med hi heat
cool until just starting to soften
add hamburger and brown..chop it up to small chunks
add both cans chicken gumbo soup..simmer covered for 15 min
add mayo, ketchup, mustard and stir..turn down heat and simmer uncovered to sandwitch topping consistency
serve on open faced or closed face hamburger buns or over rice.
makes about 8 nice hamburger bun fulls.
