Chocolate No Bake Cookies

* Oats, 3 cup (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove) * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove) * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup (remove) * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup (remove)
In a large mixing bowl add oats and then the 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Do not stir. (options for a hand full of cocoanut, or other nuts here)
Lay out a 2 foot area of wax paper. Keep the roll handy
Lay two bullion spoons here (that is how i shape and measure_.
stir sugar and cocoa together add 1/2 cup milk and butter. Bring heat slowly up in a sauce pan until butter is melted. Increase and stir gentle as mixture comes to a boil (no higher than medium heat) stop stirring.
Pour the dissolved sugar/cocoa butter mixture into the oats and peanut butter and use a large spoon to quickly combine all the ingredients. Now use your bullion spoons to gather up a dollop and drop on to the wax paper. Let them cool about an hour - they will set quickly so you have to move fast.!
