DUDE, this is SOO GOOD. Instead of the chocolate square, I used regular semi-sweet chocolate chips, a tablespoon per serving. Also 1 tbsp per serving of peanut butter and grape jam. It was DELICIOUS AND FILLING!!! We'll be doing this all the time in our house now. - 10/20/09
