mom's low calorie penne and tomatoe sauce

2.25 oz whole wheat penne pastaCanned diced tomatoes - whole can8 oz can of tomatoe sauce - whole canTyson grilled and ready chicken - about 3 oz1/2 cup canned cornsliced mushrooms 1 cupchopped green bell pepper 1 cupsplash of tabasco sauce optional)
While cooking the pasta cut and sautee bell pepper and mushrooms.
( I sautee in 0 calorie spray butter or water with a little bit of garlic salt).
In a sauce pan add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can tomatoe sauce, 1/2 cup of cannned corn, and sauteed peppers and mushrooms.
Mix ingredients well then add pasta and let sit untill juice is more absorbed, then add a small splash of tabasco.
Stir then serve :)
