Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, crushed1.5Tbsp cumin seed ,ground2 Tsp coriander seed,ground1/2 Tsp garam masala1/2 TspTurmeric1/8 Tsp cayenne 15 oz can low sodium garbanzo beans
Directions
serves 4.
pre heat oven to 350 .Pour olive oil into ovenproof pan.
grind the cumin and coriander, stir in all the spices with theolive oil add the crushed garlic ,srit well add the garbanzos and toss to coat.
Bake in oven untill beans are golden ,circa 20 minutes..

Serve with a salad. enjoy.
