Turkey w/Whole Grain Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Turkey MeatTurkey StockCarrotsCeleryExtra Wide Whole Grain NoodlesSaltPepper
Directions
Boil turkey carcas to make stock. Pick meat off bones and add as much left over meat as you like (3ish cups). After you have your stock ready, cool and spoon off the fat.

Reheat and add sliced carrots and celery, salt and pepper. When the vegetables are tender add the noodles and cook at medium for another 30 minutes.
