Chicken and veggie Couscous

Ingredients
3/4 cup couscous (unprepared) 2 cups prepared Couscous3 celery stalks chopped3 slices red onion choppedpetite carrots chopped Chicken breast, Thawed
Directions
Once thawed cut up chicken breast in cubes and cook till done, season to taste. Once cooked remove chicken from pan and saute carrots, onions, and celery in 1 Tablepoon Extra virgin Olive oil,once onions are carmealized add the chicken back into the pan..Prepared couscous per box directions( this recipes is for 2 cups of couscous)! Fluff couscous add chicken and veggie mixture and toss. add soy sauce to taste per plate... and enjoy
