Coconut-Oatmeal Cereal

Ingredients
3 c. white or whole wheat flour2 c. flake coconut2 c. quick oatmeal3 T. sesame seed3 T. water3/4 c. sugar5 T. cooking oil
Directions
Combine in a mixing bowl all ingredients. Bake in 2 or 3 shallow baking pans until browned, about 45 min, stirring occasionally to produce crumbles of desired size. Serve as cold cereal. Serves 16 (1/2 c servings). From "More With Less" Cookbook by Doris Longacre
