Chicken Baked Pork Chops & Rice

Ingredients
6 Thick Pork Chops1 Cup Rice1 Cup Milk! Can Condensed Cream of Chicken1/2 cup Veg Oil1 Cup Flour1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Pour Veg Oil in pan and heat
Mix Salt & Pepper in Flour
Roll Pork Chops in Flour & Fry till Browned
Place Chops in Baking Dish
Cover with Rice
Mix Soup with Milk & Pour over Chops & Rice, making sure Rice is Covered.
Cover tightly with foil
Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours
