Quinoa, edemame, chard salad

Ingredients
One cup cooked quinoa (1/4 cup dry)One cup of edemame (shelled) frozen, slightly thawed4 cups Swiss Chard chopped into 1/2 to 1 inch strips.One green onion chopped thinly, tops and allOne clove garlic chopped finely.
Directions
Makes 2 one and a half cup servings

Put one cup of pre-cooked quinoa in a pot and warm over medium heat with the sesame oil.

Add the onion and garlic sliced very thin.

Add the chopped chard

Add in the frozen edemame

Season to taste and enjoy!
