Tomato Onion Quinoa Pulau

Ingredients
quinoa, tomatos, green onions, garlic
Directions
Heat oil in dutch oven. Add cinnamon, cloves and garlic. Saute for a few minutes, then add mushrooms, green onions, tomatos. Saute for a few minutes, then add dry (pre-soaked and pre-rinsed quinoa). Stir quinoa to evenly coat, toast for 1-2 minutes then add can of tomatos and 1 cup water. Cover, bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat but keep covered, let stand for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork and top with chopped peanuts before serving.
