Chipotle's Lime Rice

Ingredients
Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 1 serving *Corn Oil, 1 1tspCilantro, raw, .66 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
In a 2 qt saucepan, heat oil or butter over low heat, stirring occassionally until melted. Add rice and lime juice, stir for 1 minute. Add water and salt, bring to a full rolling boil. At boiling, cover, turn down to simmer over low heat until rice is tender and the water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in chopped cilantro.
