Kale cooked in mustard oil (saag)

Ingredients
1 T olive oil1 T mustard oil1 dry red chili pepper3 cloves garlic, smashed1 serrano pepper, halved 2 lbs kale or spinach, sliced into 1" strips1 c chicken broth (or water - not listed)salt as needed (not listed)
Directions
Heat oil in large pan, add chili, stir, then add garlic & fry until lightly browned, then add serrano, stir. Add kale, a handful at a time, and stir well. Add chicken broth (or water) & boil. Simmer 20-30 minutes or until greens are cooked. Boil off any remaining liquid & add salt as desired.
