Delicious creamy drink for after school or work. Delicious creamy drink for after school or work.

    One Mango - pit & skin removed
    1/2 cup of plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbl honey
    1/2 cup of water or 1 cup of ice


Combine cut up mango, yogurt, honey and water (or ice) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings

    Very good. I used 1T maple syrup as I had no honey. I also added some coconut extract to give a touch more tropical flavor. - 1/16/08
