Ingredients

    350g Potatoes
    540mL chickpeas
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2.5 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 Tbsp. Tamarind Date Chutney
    Chili powder to taste

    - Steam the potatoes until cooked but still firm (cook with skins -- you can then remove them or leave them on)

    - Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm sized pieces


    - In a pan, heat oil to medium heat

    - Add tumeric, chili powder and tomato puree

    - Add the chickpeas, and potatoes

    - Stir to coat the vegetables and make sure the vegetables are heated through

    - Add the tamarind chutney
