Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey3/4 c breadcrumbs0.75 tsp salt0.75 tsp garam masala0.5 tsp cumin seed0.5 tsp coriander seed0.5 c cilantro2 serranos1/2 onion, finely diced2 tsp ginger1/2 tomato, diced finely0.5 tsp cayenne1 T oil for sauteeing
Directions
Mix turkey with all spices and 1/4 c breadcrumbs. Form into 12 patties. Dip patties into remaining breadcrumbs & saute in oil until cooked (~3 min per side).
