Carrot halva

Ingredients
6 carrots3 c 2% milk8 cardamom pods1/4 c ghee1/4 c sugar2 T raisins1 T pistachio nuts
Directions
Grate carrots. Put carrots, milk & cardamom pods into heavy pot. Boil, then cook, stirring, until milk has evaporated.
In separate pan, heat up ghee. Fry cooked carrot mixture until slightly darkened. Add sugar, raisins & pistachios, cook 2 minutes.
Makes 4 large servings
