    *Chick Pea Flour -Besan, 1500 gram(s)
    Powdered Sugar, 700 grams
    *ghee, 650 gram(s)

Tips

You might need to improvise the amount of ghee looking at the texture of the ladoo as it depends upon the season, room temperature etc.


Directions

Brown flour on low heat stirring constantly in a heavy bottomed pan (No need to add anything at this stage). This will take long (~30 minutes) and be very tiring. Once done, let cool the flour to warm temperatures, add sugar, mix well. Then, Add ghee slowly, mix well and make laddoos.
