OAT BRAN MUFFINS

Ingredients
1.25 c nonfat milk2.5 c of oat bran (not bran flakes)2 TBLS of chopped almonds1 TBLS baking powder1/4 c of pure maple syrup1/2 c eggs whites2 ripe or overripe bananas1 c frozen blueberries
Directions
mix dry ingredients
mix bananas with wet ingredients (except fruit)
combine wet and dry ingredients
spoon into greased muffin pans and add fruit
bake at 450 for about 15 mins or until the tops are browned
