Tomato Florentine Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbsp EVOO2 1/4 C chopped onion3/4 C chopped celery3 cloves garlic - minced1 c water4 c Chicken stock1 8 oz can tomato sauce2 c spinach
Directions
Cook onions and celery in EVOO 7 min, add garlic and cook 1 min. Add water, broth, tomatoes, sauce. Cook 25 min. Add spinach, serve
