Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth [preferably from scratch]1 cup heavy cream1 cup cauliflowerspices to taste [zero calorie ones]
Directions
add cooked cauliflower, spices, broth, and cream to large pot.
cook about 10 minutes.
put in blender [in batches] and process until smooth.
filling and tasty!
makes four [one cup] servings

    This is great anytime of year. I added some bacon and cheese with it (I use my hand blender - easier than putting in the blender) and it tasted like potato soup. I also used frozen garlic cauliflower to add more seasoning. - 10/25/13
