Chicken, Potatoes and Zucchini

Ingredients
8 oz. Chicken Breast2 Red potatoes, cubed2 C Zucchini, sliced1 tsp Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning1 Large Baker's Bag
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Cube potatoes and slice zucchini. Place chicken breast in a large baker bag in a pan. Put the potatoes and zucchini in the baker bag around the chicken. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Close the bag with the clip and poke a few small holes in the top of the bag to vent. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
