Oh-So-Decadent, Oh-So-Guiltless Chocoate Cupcakes

1 box Sugar-Free devil's food cake mix1 cup. non-fat plain Greek yogurt1 cup warm water3/4 cup heavy cream1 tbsp. powdered sugar1 tbsp. cocoa powder1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix the yogurt, water, and cake mix together until it just comes together in a medium bowl. Evenly divide the mix between 12 cupcake cups. Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean (start checking after 15 minutes)
Let the cakes cool before making the whipped cream topping.
Sift the sugar and cocoa on top of the cream and vanilla. Beat until it forms stiff peaks.
Top each cake with 2 tbsp. of whipped cream and enjoy!!
