Super Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
6-10 ice cubes2 medium strawberries or 4 smaller ones1 tsp of sugar 3/4 cup of Yopliat Yogurt Light (Your Flavor)2 scoops of Whey Protein (Your Flavor)1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk
Directions
Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on you size of chunks you like. Then add the other items in the order as listed for greater mixing ability. blend for about 1 min or 2 till you don't hear the ice anymore. Pour into a cut and stir with spoon. this will mix the froth up.

*** NOTE: the sugar is to sweeten the strawberries, can omit if they are sweet.
