Luscious Low Cal Lasagna

Turkey Burgers, 2 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1.75 cupWater, 1.25 cup Lasagna NoodlesParsley, 1 tbspBasil, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1 tbsp Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cupKraft reduced fat parmesan cheese, .25 cupSpaghetti Sauce, 1 cup Spinach, 1 Cup
In a skillet, brown turkey burgers with onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, Stir in parsley, basil, and oregano. Stir in uncooked pasta and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Combine cheeses, add some of the spices to mixture. Drop cheese mixture by rounded tablespoons onto skillet mixture.
Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes or so.
Goes great with a piece of low calorie garlic bread and a side of vegetables!
Makes 4 servings! A perfect family meal!
