Low Calorie Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
Warm tap water, 1 1/3cupWhole Wheat Flour, 3 cupCoconut milk Powder, 1.5 tbspApplesauce, unsweetened, 3 tbspHoney, 3 tbspSalt, 1.5 tspFleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast), 2 1/4 tsp
Directions
Bread machine directions:
Place items in order in the bread machine and either bake in machine or set on dough cycle.
If dough cycle, spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and put dough in pan. sprinkle flour on dough and punch to remove air bubbles. Allow to rise with a tea towel laid over or in the oven with light on.
Once it has risen bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Allow to cool on rack then slice.
If no bread machine:
Follow instructions on yeast jar and bake as usual.
