Edamame Succotash Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Edamame (frozen, shelled)1 cup chopped carrots, raw1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp oregano dried2 oz Caesar dressing (Kraft Light Done Right or low fat)1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Peel and chop carrots into medium dice. Combine with edamame beans and steam for 5 minutes. Toss in bowl with remaining ingredients. Serve.
