Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
3 slices low-calorie bread (50 calories a slice), torn into small pieces1/2 c applesauce, unsweetened1/2 c nonfat milk1 egg1/2 t vanilla extract1/2 t cinnamon1/4 c sugar-free syrup1/4 med apple, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.

Combine applesauce, milk, syrup, egg vanilla and cinnamon in large bowl. Fold in bread pieces and apple.

Pour into 4 ramekins, sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes, or untila toothpick comes out of center clean.

Serve warm.

Tastes great with caramel sauce on top, but that nutritional information is not included.

Makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers.
