Ingredients
12 oz 85/15 ground turkey1/2 onion chopped1/2 package taco seasoning1/2 can corn, drained2 corn tortillas, diced1/2 can tomato sauce1 can rotel1 c shredded cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350.

brown ground turkey and onions, add taco seasoning and corn. stir in corn tortillas

pour into 8x8 casserole

mix together tomato sauce and rotel and spread on meat

top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes
