1 clove garlic minced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 oz parmesan cheese (grated)5 Tbsp Annie Chung Gochujang Sauce1 lb 92% lean ground beef
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix by hand. Be sure not to over mix, it makes the burgers tough. Then form into 4 patties and grill or pan fry.
