Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast, cut in cubes3 tbsp Cornstarch, 1 tbsp Olive Oil,4 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp low sodium, soy sauce (was to be 5 I cut it back)1.5 tbsp white wine Vinegar.25 cup water1 tsp white sugar3 Green Onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 pieces.12 tsp cayenne Pepper, or to taste1 cup white rice uncooked yield 1/2 cup person
1. Place the chicken and cornstarch into a bag or bowl, and toss to coat. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces and garlic, stirring constantly until tightly browned. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.
2. Stir in the green onion, and cayenne pepper, cook uncovered for about 2 more minutes. Serve over white rice.
