2 crowns of broccolli - chopped and lightly steamed1 Med. zuchini - diced1/2 cup of diced onions1 cup tomatoes (chopped)1 cup diced Extra Lean Ham1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese4 large eggs
Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Mix all vegetables together - place in baking dish. Whip eggs and pour over vegetables. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes - until toothpick comes out clean.
