Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces dicedBaby Carrots, raw, 16 medium slicedCouscous, 2 oz, dry, yields, prepare as directed on packageKale, 3 cup, chopped, stems removed and cleanedOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Blanch Kale in boiling water and drain. Cook Chicken in Olive Oil, add sliced Carrots. Cook until tender. Add Kale and cooked CousCous. Mix well and season to taste.
