Ingredients
6.5 cups flour1 tbsp yeast2 tsp sugar3 cups water3 tbsp crisco
Directions
pour hot water onto crisco till melted.
mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add crisco and hot water to mixture and knead to a firm dough.
cover with damp cloth and allow to rise. Punch down then form into 3" balls and allow to rise again. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 mins
