- Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup- Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon, ground, powder, 1 tsp - Splenda , 4 tsp or 4 packets - Egg, fresh, 1 large - Organic Smart Balance Butter, 1 tbsp
Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug or bowl, then stir in wet ingredients until well blended. Microwave for one minute.
