Peanut Buttery-Chocolate Protein Bar

4 1/2C quick-cooking oats1C light maple syrup1 1/4C smooth peanut butter2 egg whites1C chocolate chips1/2C chopped dates1/2C chopped walnuts1/4C shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350. Melt peanut butter and maple syrup together in the microwave, stir and add egg whites. Pour this mixture into the oats and add the dates, coconut, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Mix together with your hands(or a spoon if you want) and pour into a greased 9x13 rectangular pan. Bake for 30 minutes and cut into 24 servings.
