Chicken Veggie Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed *Radish, Fresh, 4 ozCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Craisins,1/3 CupCucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 6 tbsp *Heinz Horseradish sauce, 2 tsp Salt free seasoning (for Chicken)
Directions
Sprinkle Seasoning on both sides of chicken breast, heat up grill (G.Foreman)
while heating up get frsh veggies washed and rough chopped - put into food processor - pulse to a rough consistancy - put into bowl, add craisins.
Put Chicken on Hot Grilled (spray w/Pam) approx 7 min.
take chicken off - cool and rough chop, add to mixture. Add Miracle Whip and Mustard . Mix and Chill. Serve as a Salad for 4 or make sandwiches for more!
