1lb Ground Beef1/2 Cup Chopped Onion2 Cans Tomato Sauce (8oz each)1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 can whole kernal corn, undrained1 can chopped green chilis, undrained4 flour tortillas1.5cups shredded Colby Jack
Brown beef and oinion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn and green chilis- mix well. Stir in all spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add red pepper flakes to taste.
Spread half of beef mixture on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with 2 of the tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with the remaining beef, top with 1/2 of cheese and layer with the remaining 2 tortillas. Finishing with the remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
