Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup butter6 garlic cloves, minced1 cup unsalted, organic chicken broth3/4 cup dry white wine1.5 cups heavy cream1 cup parmesan cheese1 cup mozzarella cheese (whole milk)8 basil leaves, chiffonade (optional)
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the broth and wine. Cook for 15 minutes. This step will concentrate the flavours and give the sauce a wonderful flavour.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil.

Gradually add the parmesan cheese stirring constantly. Gradually stir in the mozza. Stir until both cheeses are thoroughly melted.

Serve over chicken for a nice low carb meal.

Makes 10 servings.
