1apple or 1 peach or ......1 fruit of your choice5 saltine crackers (low sodium)Cinnamon (to taste)...I use 1/4 tspSplenda (to taste)...I use 1 tbsp
Prep: slice fruit thin; crumble saltines & mix with cinnamon and splenda (dry mix)
Cook: place sliced fruit in a small dish, then cover with the dry mix. Now microwave for 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). Let stand, still covered for 2 min...enjoy this fast and healthy snack...I like to add 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
