Ingredients
4 lbs ground lamb or beef2 medium to large onionssalt, pepper, oregano, cumin to taste
Directions
mix onions with meat and add spices to taste. Fry in a skillet until cooked through and serve. Make your patties very small, a feature of kofte different from western style hamburgers. The size is comparable to sliders being sold today in stores and restaurants.
