Grandma's Pork Chops and Rice

2 pork chops, bone in1/2 yellow onion, chopped1 cup of rice2 cups of boiling water1 cube of knorrs beef bouillongarlic saltseasoned pepperrosemary (optional)
heat oven to 350
bring 2 cups of water to boil
season and lightly brown pork chops
remove from pan and add onion and cook till soft
take boiling water and add it to 8x8 baking dish
add bouillon to water and dissolve
add cup of rice to water, lay browned pork chops on top and cover tightly with foil
cook for 40-50 minutes depending on thickness of pork chop.
