Crêpes bretonnes allégées (lightened breton pancakes)

Ingredients
2 cups of flour4 eggs (large)10gr. (or 20tsp) sucralose10gr. backing powder3 cups soy milk (because of lactose intolerance)1 or 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except milk, and then, add the milk slowly by mixing, to not making lumps.
After that, warm your frying pan on moderate/high with 1 tbsp oil and pour the content of a ladle in the pan. It take approximately 5mn to be ready. Remember to turn the pancake when the first side is ready, than you can dress your pancake in the pan if you want, to make the dressing be warm. Enjoy!
