Nicole's "I'm Making Your Holiday Meal, Stop Bugging Me!" Breakfast Strata

Ingredients
6 Eggs8oz bread 6 scallions rough chopped4oz Mozzarella cheese¾ c Parmesan shredded (not powdered or grated)1c grated cheddar cheese¼ c sour cream
Directions
Put all ingredients except for bread in food processor & blend to oblivion. Put bread in casserole dish (I use rectangular pan) & pour egg goop over bread. Put in fridge overnight.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
