2 large scrambled eggs1/4 bell pepper, dicedSpinach, choppedCheddar cheese, shreddedWhole wheat tortilla (optional, not included in nutritional info)
1. Chop spinach and bell pepper.
2. Crack eggs into a greased bowl and scramble.
3. Add spinach, bell pepper, and shredded cheese and mix.
4. Microwave for 1 minute.
5. Stir, and microwave for 30 seconds more.
6. Eat from the bowl or add to a whole wheat tortilla wrap.
