Chop meat and veggies add salt & pepper and Splenda.

    This was delicious! I love the avocado substitute, you can't even taste it and its a great way to use less mayo. I did add cranrasisns just because I love them in chicken salad. I also used light miracle whip instead of mayo, just a personal preference. I would absolutely recommend this, delicious! - 1/9/13
