*hamburg 93% lean 4 oz, 4 serving (remove)Lentils, 1 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) diceGarlic, 2 cloves (remove) minceWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)petite diced tomatoes -1 can
Directions
In Sauce pan, brown burger with onion and garlic, once meat is browned, add lentils, tomatoes, and water. Cook until lentils "open". If you need to season - use a low sodium ketchup to season individual servings.

Alternative - instead of water - use low sodium vegetable stock in equal quantities.
