Ingredients
spagetti squashfat free mozzerella cheese 1 cupfat free riccotta cheese 1 cup.5 cup low fat parmesan cheese3 cups marinara saucesprinkling of wheat germ on top
Directions
Cook squash, scrape out in to a bowl

Stir in 3 cups marinara sauce

stir in 1 cup of peas

stir in 1 cup Riccotta cheese fat free

mix in a half cup parmesan cheese

mix in a cup fat free mozzerella cheese

bake in 375 oven for 30-45 minutes
